Our proposal process always starts with a detailed estimate of the work to be performed whether we are bidding from a set of plans or walking the job site.
With an acceptable estimate in place, we prepare for you a quality work control check list that shows you up front what you will be getting before we ever start the job. This shows you step by step what painting processes we will employ to achieve your vision and helps co-ordinate with tenants so everybody knows what work will be being performed and when.
Upon acceptance of a bid, we can take photos of your project and from the convenience of a computer share with you what your interior or exterior project can look like through our virtual color consultation service.
Our commercial services encompass much more than just interior and exterior painting. So, if you would like to add some work to your project along the way, we are always happy to re-quote along the way with a work order change form.
Our price is the price and you pay only after the job is done and meets the contract expectations.
