Originally built as the Schade Brewery, this Historical Spokane landmark is now being used as modern office and professional space. Mills Painting was contracted to do exterior historical preservation work on the building.
The Flour Mill is another historic building in Downtown Spokane. Mills Painting stained and restored woodwork and created a beautiful and durable faux finish on the floors of what is now the Chateau Rive riverside event center.
